We review safety architectures, verify calculations (including SISTEMA where applicable), assess CCF and diagnostic coverage, and carry out functional and fault-condition testing to confirm reliable safe-state behaviour. A structured validation report is issued for inclusion within the technical file, providing clear evidence of conformity with applicable machinery legislation.
